Kona

Kona is co-owned with Sandy Shorter who lives near by. Sandy is having a blast with Kona. We trained together in 2013 and a very nervous Sandy ran Kona in her first hunt test and after four straight passed was awarded the Junior Hunter title. Since then Sandy and Kona have been learning agility. Kona is very fast and very easy to train. She learns very quickly and Sandy has taught her dozens of tricks. Sandy will continue working on Kona's senior hunt title and we've been doing a small amount of showing with Kona. Pictured above is her winning fourth place in American Bred at the American Chesapeake National 2014 in PA. It's hard to pick out Kona's best feature, she's very happy, nice conformation with beautiful movement and correct angles, good head, can do attitude and a lovely family dog.
